Looking for someone to replace me in my lovely rented flat just off of Coldharbour Lane, Brixton! Due to a change of job I am moving out, so need someone to take my spot on the lease for around 8mths (potential to extend - current tenancy runs til end June 2026). All above board, your name will be on the rental contract with the estate agent and deposit held in DPS. I would be aiming to move out before November, but flexible on making this a bit earlier / later for the right person. Although the move in date is a while away you would need to sign the contract a bit earlier to commit to the tenancy and allow me time to move out!

It's a very sizeable double bedroom with a ceiling fan AND aircon! Really bright, loads of space and a lovely place to spend time. It comes with a wall mounted TV, fitted shelves, double bed and mattress, one wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers (the rest of the furniture is mine, but open to selling it on).

The flat itself is a first floor maisonette, but with steps down to a private garden. Nice big kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower, a small living room and then two bedrooms. It's a really gorgeous flat and well connected with Brixton underground, Lboro jct and Denmark Hill in walking distance. Ruskin Park is 30 secs away.

The landlord is amazing - so quick to respond and get things repaired when needed (although I’ve lived here 3 years and had almost no issues).

Rent is £850 a month plus around £200 for gas and electric, wifi, council tax and water. There's parking available right outside for around £25/mth.

Looking for a working person, in their 20s/30s who is clean and respectful, and likes their own downtime but also a lil chat every now and again! Your roommate is 28 and works in healthcare, she has two adorable cats which are very cuddly and well trained. You will meet her if you are interested in viewing!
