There was 2 girls, now one- Flat- Herne hill

Sadly, I (Renae) am leaving my favourite housemate to venture out of London, so she (Ellie) is on the lookout for her second favourite housemate to join her!

About Ellie:
She’s an amazing and caring housemate who loves to socialise, drink, eat great food, and work out. She is a doctor and does shift work, so if you’re lucky, you might hear some stories (not for the faint-hearted!). That said, she also appreciates her alone time and quiet nights in during the week (don’t we all?).

We are looking for another female to take my spot in the biggest room of the Flat. The house is fully furnished. All you need to do is bring yourself and some toilet paper.

The move-in date is flexible but ideally 31st May.

Bills (including internet, cleaner, water, electricity, and gas) are around £220 or less per month.

Ideally looking for someone who does not work from home but this could be flexible for the right person.

Expectations are: cleanliness, respectful of belongings and will treat this place as if it is their own home.

Non negotiable are: Smokers, Heroin users, Jobless, no personality & lastly a sense of humour.
