Double Room in bright Herne Hill houseshare!

Looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a gorgeous flat in Herne Hill!

THE HOUSE
The house is a 4-room flat, 2 bathrooms super bright house with a very big living room and separate kitchen. It's split between three floors, with high ceilings.

It's a two-minute walk from Herne Hill train station and Brockwell Park, and 20 minutes from Brixton. Super quiet and nice area with a Sunday market, pubs, and restaurants.

Bills around £70 per person (water, council tax, electricity, wifi). If you're a student, you'll still have to pay the council tax share too unfortunatley. Council tax band E.

No smoking or vaping is allowed in the house.

The Room
£785pm available from the second weekend of May. The room has huge ceilings and a south facing window so you get plenty of light.

The room is in the first floor alongside the living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom and shower (it's the only room in that floor so you have the bathroom pretty much to yourself!) - the room comes unfurnished.

THE HOUSEMATE
We’re in the process of completing a tenancy swap as three of us are moving out. The remaining housemate is a 28-year-old American girl who works in economics. She is super active and likes to bike and run on the weekend. She is also a great cook and baker!

CONTRACT
We would be looking to do a tenancy swap, so you would be taking our place in the contract. The contract is running until the end of September at which stage you can choose to renew or leave it :) the agency will require a reference from your job or a previous landlord!
