Herne Hill flatmate wanted!

We are a couple in our late twenties looking for a flatmate to move into the top floor of our home in Herne Hill. It’s a self-contained floor with a double room, private bathroom and separate office space (which would all be yours!), and tons of storage (loft plus drying cupboard, etc.) Large kitchen / conservatory and double living room. We also have a garden, as well as a basement which can be used for additional storage! All furniture shown in photos is included.
We both have corporate jobs with fairly long hours, so looking for somebody respectful of personal space!
