I am an Italian speaking live-in landlord looking for someone to share my beautiful home with. I am an actor and interested in design and the arts. I am also passionate about food and cooking especially Italian food plus I speak the language so Italians are always welcome in my flat.

This is a 3 bed first and second floor flat in the heart of Herne Hill and one minute's walk to Herne Hill Rail Station which has links to Brixton and Victoria (10 minutes) and Elephant & Castle (7 minutes), Blackfriars (12 minutes), Farringdon (17 minutes) & King's Cross St Pancras (23 minutes).
There are 2 night buses - the N3 which takes you to Oxford Circus and back and the N68 which takes you to Waterloo and New Oxford Street and back.

4 buses take you to Brixton in 10 minutes where you can pick up the Victoria Line to Victoria and Oxford Circus.

The flat is arranged over 2 floors and 2 sub-levels with 3 bedrooms, a wet room with toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and a second toilet. The kitchen is open plan onto the sitting room which has French doors overlooking the Herne Hill Station Square. French doors in the kitchen lead onto a south-facing roof terrace.

Brockwell Park is 2 minute's walk with tennis courts and an open-air 50 meter lido with a gym and sauna and steam spa. There is a soon to be reopened cafe in Brockwell Hall at the top of the hill in the park.

There are several pubs within walking distance, a plethora of coffee bars and plenty of restaurants. Every Sunday there is a street market in the station square selling food, clothes, jewellery, antiques etc.
