After 5 years I'm moving out of this lovely flat and we are looking for someone to rent one bedroom in a shared flat with a beutiful garden.

The bedroom is big with a lot of light and it's partially furnished. It includes a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and shelfs.

The flat is groundfloor with direct access to a private garden (with BBQ!), a big fully equiped kitchen (dishwarer and washer/dryer included) with plenty of storage, and a shared living room. There is also a bike shed.

Herne Hill is a very quiet area, with loads of indepent shops and the flat is a 5 minute walk to Brockwell park, Sainsbury's and Tesco as well as to Herne Hill station with directo trains to central london.

You will be sharing the flat with 2 female professionals, in their late 20s - mid 30s, who have their independent live but also enjoy social time.
