• A beautifully kept decked garden, perfect for relaxing or entertaining

We’re looking for a mature professional who are open-minded, respectful, and socially easy-going—someone who enjoys their space but also doesn’t mind the occasional late night with good company. We’ve lived together harmoniously for a long time, so finding someone who fits the spirit and energy of the house is really important to us.

• Rent: £850+£196 per month for bills
• Deposit: One month’s rent
• Advance payment: One month’s rent
• Agreement: A legally compliant lodger agreement will be provided
