Looking for two tenants to move into my new place in Brixton 10 minute walk from the tube.
These rooms are newly decorated with new beds. As a result happy to listen to your requests at what furniture you would like in your rooms. E. g Wardrobe, Desk etc.
Although I’m a live-in landlord, I’m very chill and easy-going and bonus is if anything goes wrong with the place we can get it sorted ASAP.
I’m a massive extrovert so have a busy London life. Happy for you all to have friends over but also happy with me having any friends over too. Not looking to host parties myself - but happy if you wanted to have your groups overs!
