Fully furnished flat with large kitchen, dining, living room and back garden. 2 mins walk to Herne Hill station (rail network), 15 mins walk to Brixton station (tube network) and many local bus stops close by. Right on the doorstep of Brockwell Park and lido, 2 mins walk to Tesco, Sainsburys and local cafes.

Sharing with two working housemates. Jo (female, 29) works in marketing and Rossa (male, 35) works in business development. Rossa works two days a week in the city, and Jo one.

Jo and Rossa are looking for full-time working housemates (ideally hybrid) in their 30s to join this lovely home. This definitely isn't a party house, but wine or beer in the backyard is welcomed.
