Flatmates are two boys, who I met on spare room two years ago. One Aussie IT engineer (29M) and one English project manager (26M). We often go to the park, pub and exercise together. They are looking for an outgoing, social flatmate who would also be up for joining. They would prefer to replace me with another female to keep balance to the flat. Professionals only, no students.
You will be replacing me on the contract which has no tenancy end date. We have a private landlord that will need to approve you for regulatory purposes.
