Double room in Herne Hill

Sadly our housemate is leaving London so we have one room in a wonderful 4 bed house in Camberwell/Herne Hill from 6th October.

The house is cosy, friendly and feels like a home. It has a big kitchen, separate living room, 2 bathrooms and a gorgeous garden (shout out to Fran for her green fingers!).

We are really well connected with Loughborough Junction Station a 5 min walk away and Denmark hill & Brixton a 15 min walk away - you can literally get anywhere in London very easily! Theres loads of pubs, cafes and parks close by - its a really wonderful neighbourhood.

We are looking for someone that can slot into the house dynamics, its a caring, fun atmosphere where we are all friends but have our own lives. We chat over dinner, share a wine in the garden, watch TV together but equally have our own groups of people so it doesn't feel like we are on top of each other! 

Rent is £827, with bills coming to ~ £150 a month. The deposit is £1,200, sorry had to put £950 as SpareRoom won’t allow the deposit to be more than 5 weeks rent. This isn’t the case because the rent is split by room size.
