We are 2 mins from brockwell park and the lido.

The flat has a huge communal roof terrace and we love hosting the occasional dinner party on the roof. General vibe is chill and homely and not a party flat.

£950 p/m plus bills (around £170 p/m).

Excellent transport links - 2 mins from the train station and multiple bus stops right outside the flat.

We're currently on a rolling contract but ideally would like someone to stay for at least 6 months.

Available from mid/late October but can be flexible with dates.

Room is part furnished (big wardrobe).

You'll be living with me - a 30 year old women working in health policy. I love cooking and anything outdoorsy and work in the office 2-3 days a week.
