The flat is in a great location between Herne Hill, Loughborough Junction, and Camberwell, right next to Ruskin Park in a quiet, friendly area. It’s very light throughout, with a private back garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge/dining room.
You’ll be sharing with me, I’m Brendan, 32, a photographer. Easygoing, into running and exhibitions at the weekend. I usually work at a studio but also have some days working from home.
Rent: £925/month (all bills included).
