THE FLAT 🏠: Lovely 2 bed situated on a residential road, 5 mins from Herne Hill station and a 15 min walk from Brixton station, so very well connected.
THE AREA 🏡🌳☕🍺: Herne Hill is a great place to live - lots of pubs, cafes & restaurants and the flat is only a 5 min walk from Brockwell Park so plenty close to green space & a gym and the lido if that's of interest.
THE ROOM 🛏️🚿:The room on offer is a light & airy double bedroom with a private bathroom. There is plenty of storage space with 2 large wardrobes & a chest of drawers.
There is space for a desk if you WFH but depending on how much storage you need, we can chat to landlord about removing one of the wardrobes which I'm confident would be fine.
THE SPACE 📺👨🍳: It features a large living room with TV, very decent sized kitchen (more than big enough for 2 people to cook in). While I love the darts, the current decor is up for negotiation ☺️ I want it to feel like both our home. Also space to wfh in here if you prefer.
THE BILLS 💵: Rent is £1000 pcm. Bills & broadband (including council tax) come to around £150 each per month.
ME 🙋♂️: A bit about me - a friendly, laidback creative producer who loves a good film or TV series, sport (bonus points if you love the darts) & a nice cold pint on a sunny day.
YOU 😄: I'm hoping to bring someone in who has their own stuff & life going on but who will enjoy the space as much as I do and enjoy the occasional attempt at a dinner, watching a bit of TV, film, the F1 and perhaps even the occasional venture out to the local.
If that sounds like a bit of you, I've lived here six years so you know I think it's great, and I hope you will too! 😀
