Double room w/ en-suite in lovely 2 bed in HH

My housemate of six happy years in the flat is moving out and I'm looking for a new one.

This is a lovely 2 bed situated on a residential road, 5 mins from Herne Hill station and a 15 min walk from Brixton station, so very well connected.

Herne Hill is a great place to live - lots of pubs, cafes & restaurants and the flat is only a 5 min walk from Brockwell Park so plenty close to green space & a gym and the lido if that's of interest.

The room on offer is a light & airy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space with 2 large wardrobes & a chest of drawers.

Weirdly, even though it's a 2 bed flat there are 2 bathrooms which is very handy for getting ready in the morning!

It features a large living room with TV & a set-up to be able to WFH, very decent sized kitchen (more than big enough for 2 people to cook in).

The centrepiece on one of the walls is a great place to spend an evening if you're a fan of the 'arras.

Bills & broadband (including council tax) come to around £150 each per month.

A bit about me - 33 - a friendly, laidback creative producer who loves a good film or TV series, sport (bonus points if you love the darts) & a nice cold pint on a sunny day.

I'm hoping to bring someone in who has their own stuff & life going in but who will enjoy using the space as much as I do and enjoy the occassional attempt at a dinner, watching a bit of TV, film or football & on the odd occassion may enjoy a pint at the local.
