Double room available in a beautiful house just 10 minutes walk from Herne Hill station and overlooking Brockwell Park!

I am very sad to be giving up my room, but I will be heading off on a 6-month sabbatical. Millie, Mary, Xoana and I have been housemates for several years, having met originally from Spareroom and are now lifelong friends! We originally lived in Brixton Hill and all moved to this new property together in March when our landlady made the decision to sell.

It is a very spacious house for 4 including:
- Sitting room with doors onto a second living space
- Separate kitchen
- 2 bathrooms and another separate loo
- Utility area
- Spacious garden with BBQ and table and chairs for 8 people (great for hosting!)

The bedroom itself is furnished coming with:
- Double bed
- Bed side table
- Chest of drawers
- 2 built in cupboards with plenty of storage space

Since I will be putting my stuff in storage, there is also the opportunity to buy my desk and desk chair as well.

We are a female only house and are all working professionals from 30-33 years old. We are looking for another female to replace me of a similar age and definitely someone who is looking for a proper home, rather than just a room! As a house, we enjoy spending time together, whether that's having a natter over a cup of tea in the morning, or having an impromptu BBQ when the sun is out.

The room will be available to move into on Sunday 23rd November and is £875 pcm excluding bills. We are happy to provide you with a rough estimate of bills if needed. We are Lambeth tax band E.
