Large double room in 4 person house share

Large double room, 10 mins walk from Herne Hill Station.

Quiet and friendly house share, with 3 women and a cat.

Room is in a semi-detached house with a garden, on a quiet Herne Hill street. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.

Bills currently are approx £135 including gas/electric, internet, council tax and water.

We are 3 housemates. All identify as women, pronouns (she/her), between the ages of 36-40. We live in the house fairly independently, but are a warm and supportive household. We also share the house with Ray who is a very friendly and fluffy cat.

Agata works an admin role in the beauty industry, she’s loves a house plant and architecture. Cara is a Yoga teacher and musician, so you might hear her noodling on the guitar, singing from time to time or having a chinwag in the kitchen. Holly is an admin assistant in waste disposal, who in her spare time writes and draws comics and enjoys walking around London.
We respect each other’s space, occasionally watch a bit of trash tv together or arrange the odd communal dinner.

House is predominantly vegetarian and pescatarian.
