Huge room with mini kitchen and adjacent bathroom

Arty household looking for a cat-friendly, professional housemate! The room is very big with a mini kitchenette, but you are also free to use the main kitchen. You will have your own bathroom, which i only use to access the washing machine. I am often away so am looking for someone responsible who is feline friendly and won't mind feeding the cat (he goes by the name of Jazz Hands!).

The area is Herne Hill and is 4 minutes from the station, but Brixton is down the road and its tube is a 15 minute walk from the house. Herne Hill is full of pubs, restaurants, breweries and bakeries. And the glorious Brockwell Park is two minutes away.
