Hey! We’re Charlie & Charlotte - both working actors (31 & 29) - and we’re looking for someone great to join us in our lovely flat just 30 seconds from Brockwell Park and a short stroll to Herne Hill station.

The room is bright, spacious, and super comfortable. The previous tenant bought all new furniture about a year ago, which she’s happy to leave and negotiate a price for if you’d like it - otherwise, you can make it your own.

The flat has a calm, relaxed vibe. We keep things clean and easygoing, and we love the area - great pubs, cafés, and the park literally at the end of the road.
