Cosy Double between Herne Hill and Brixton

Our most beloved housemate has just bought a house and she is sadly moving out. We are looking for someone who will take her warm, cosy double room on the 1st floor.

The house is located on a quiet street, 10 mins walk from Brixton Station, and 7 mins from Herne Hill Station. The lovely Brockwell Park is also 10 mins away.

The housemates are sociable professionals who are independent but like to hang out for drinks, movies, or BBQs, cinema. It's a big house and doesn't feel overcrowded. We have frequent cat visitors who love the attention and say hi almost daily. We would like to keep the chilled, fun and respectful vibe.

The rent is £700 per month for the room. The rent includes water and council tax. Other bills are about £75 per month for a weekly cleaner, internet, and energy.

The room is available from 1st of December.

The room comes with the bed frame and mattress included; all other furniture will go away. There are shelves, a built-in rail and a built-in cupboard.
