Large sunny room with great views!

I work full time in the wine industry and am also a musician with regular gigs. I am not in that often but when I am, I keep myself to myself and have shared for the last year with a female flatmate who also does her own thing. We do share the kitchen and bathroom but seem to manage this very easily. There is also a sofa, fridge and kettle in the room. I have a cat who comes and goes when she pleases and lives in my room. My flatmate is now moving to Kent so I am looking for an independent person to replace her. I look foreword to meeting you!
