Bright and Homely Female Flatshare in Herne Hill

I am looking for a female flatmate to join me in renting a two-bed flat in Herne Hill. The flat is homely, and has a big kitchen and living space. It is sociable, but I value my own space and time too.

5 min walk to Brockwell Park
12 min walk to overground
25 min bus into Brixton

Furnishings

The bedroom is not furnished, except it does have a wardrobe. The main thing you will need is a bed. The rest of the flat is furnished (sofa, TV, dining table etc).

Smoking

I don’t smoke. I am fine with smokers but it must be outside and not in the flat.

About me

I am a 26 year old professional working in international education.

I get up early in the mornings and work both from home and in the office. Friends are over and stay (there is a sofa bed in the living room) from time to time. I value calm and downtime in the flat. I especially enjoy cooking, and it is really important to me that the kitchen is kept very clean at all times.
