Large double room in Herne Hill

Hey! I’m Eliza and I’m looking to fill the second room in my flat in Herne Hill. It’s a gorgeous split level flat in a bright and airy building. The room is on its own floor, and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and separate living room. It’s about 10 mins walk from Herne Hill station and 15 mins on the bus from Brixton station. Brockwell park is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road. I’m looking for somebody sociable and friendly. I am generally pretty busy between my work and social life but still like to have chilled evenings in watching movies, etc! I also have a small dog called Luna, so you will need to like very friendly little pups ☺️

I had the carpets and walls redone when I bought the flat, so everything is pretty much brand new!

The room has a large built in wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. There is loads of space for a desk as well if needed.

I’m away from London at the moment so don’t have a picture of the room furnished, but have included a photo of the room when the carpets had just been put in. Will upload one with furniture in as soon as I can!
