Hello! I have a large, fully furnished bedroom available in a two-bedroom flat, located in the vibrant Herne Hill/Dulwich area.

I’m Sara and I work in regulation and healthcare, and usually work from the office 2 - 3 days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy gym, running, travel, digging my teeth into a new TV series and an evening at the pub - I promise I’m less stereotypical than that sounds!

*The Flat:*
It’s a bright and spacious flat, offering an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The space opens out onto a private terrace, an ideal spot for evening drinks in summer.

*The Bedroom:*
The available bedroom is generously sized, with built-in wardrobes and a king-size bed. There’s also room for an additional desk if you need however there’s a separate study in the flat — perfect for if you need to wfh.

*Location:*
The flat is right next to Brockwell Park, with easy access to Herne Hill Village (just a couple of minutes’ walk away), known for its farmers market and lovely bakeries. Brixton, Dulwich Village, and Brockwell Lido are all within a 10-minute walk away.

Herne Hill Station is only 5 minutes' walk away, with direct trains to central London (just 2 stops to Victoria, 10 mins to Blackfriars)

The room is available from the beginning of March, I am happy to take viewings from the end of January/start of February.
