Two charming single rooms Thameslink

I have two lovely rooms in a friendly artistic Victorian split-level flat.
My son and I are friendly and respectful individuals and enjoy a giggle and love travel, keeping fit and art.
One room would be Mon-Friday and the other for a non full time WFH professional. You are welcome to share the kitchen and lounge when I am not using it, or out.
Depending on level of use the price is negotiable. between £700 and £850.
I have many heartening reviews on Airbnb fur good vibes and a clean very creatively styled home. There are two bathrooms, one being next to the upstairs rooms which has just been renovated and is spacious and inviting.
The rooms suit someone without a complete household, hence offering shorter term from 1 month to a year or a Mon-Friday professional. Anyone kind and respectful will be considered.
