Right by Herne Hill station & Brockwell park.

12 min walk or 8 min bus to Brixton tube.

My partner and I have lived in this flat for over 2 years and absolutely love it. He is a chef and I am an artist. Due to long working hours we find our selves not using the flat much and would like to offer our second bedroom. We would rent the room for 3 months (or less if you want) to start and if all goes well we are open to extending your stay.

We have a front and back entrance. There's a small garden situated at the back connected to the kitchen. Then a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

Wooden floors throughout, high ceilings and very large windows.

There is no deposit as we know how hard renting in London can be and we'd like to make this as accessible as possible.

We would only require 2 weeks notice if you are leaving the flat, rent paid until the move-out date.

We are looking for someone tidy and trustworthy but most importantly we want you to be comfortable here, and to enjoy Herne Hill!
