Flat is less than a 10 minute walk to Brixton tube and 10 minutes to Herne Hill station.
Flatmates are two boys, who I met on spare room two years ago. One Aussie IT engineer (29M) and one English who works in sales (26M). We often go to the park and pub together. They are looking for an outgoing, social flatmate who would also be up for joining. Professionals only, no students.
You will be replacing me on the contract which has no tenancy end date. We have a private landlord that will need to approve you for regulatory purposes.
