This is a property is located closely to Brockwell Park/Herne Hill on a quiet residential road, close to various cafes, bars and bakeries, also a local farmers market that takes place every Sunday. There are currently two individuals who currently live in this flat, 1 trans man and 1 woman. We're looking for a tidy, clean flatmate to join us. We like to have a fun, friendly household where we can relax and chill at the end of the work day but also we respect each others space.

The room is already furnished with a bed, drawers, side table and closet. The flat shares a bathroom with a toilet and shower bath combo, the kitchen is also shared with modern appliances. (Instant pot, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven). The flat also has a washing machine and dryer.

There is parking available however it is permit parking and you will need to apply or use the free parking up the road.

Transport connections include Tulse Hill Station, Herne Hill Station, Brixton Tube Station, and bus routes into Central London (68), and Croydon (468).

This would be for a 12 month Tenancy ideally starting in February but move in times can be discussed.
