Double Room - Great travel links - Green Space

Myself and my friend are currently looking for a third person to join the our house share while our friend is away travelling (initially 6 months however this could extend as they have said they may look to not come back!)

The property itself is semi detached and boasts a large front gated garden with a drive and garage as well as a back patio so lots of outdoor space - I’ve been in london 15 years and it’s defo the best out of any property I’ve been in or seen so this is a huge selling point (if the British weather holds out of course). It has a great open plan lounge and dining room as well as a modern kitchen and 2 small conservatories so really is a great space! There are 3 double bedrooms and you will have one of those!

The house is close to Herne Hill, Brixton and Dulwich so is a great location with transport links including train, tube and bus routes and there are lots of parks around including the popular Brockwell Park down the road and also Brixton Lido for those hot days when you want to sit outside by a pool and forget you’re in London! There are lots of shops and great places to eat and pubs locally.

You will be living with me and also a friend of mine, we are one female and one male so open to either and we are both mid 30s. We are both social, one of us works in Events and the other in Sales.

We are looking for someone to move in end of January and can do virtual viewings whenever and meet over video initially but can also do face to face viewings if preferred, as keen to move fast on this
