Sublet of an En-Suite Room in a 3-Bed Flat 🏡

I’m Camilla, an italian girl aged 30 years old working at King's College. I currently live in this beautiful flat with other two amazing girls, Anna, another Italian 29-years old girl, and Megha, an american 26-years old girl. I’m subletting my en-suite room for two weeks and a half since I have to return back to Italy for a period (from the 22th of march 2026 until the 8th of April 2026).

The house is a fantastic, super bright, large, and airy three-double-bedroom Victorian house which spread over two floors and has got all the comforts:
•⁠ ⁠Three proper double bedrooms, of which one is an en-suite (the one that is sublet);
•⁠ ⁠One main bathroom and an additional separate toilet;
•⁠ ⁠A wonderful sitting/dining room with many windows;
•⁠ ⁠Fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and cooker.

The en-suite room is very big and spacious, it has got a double bed with a night table, a closet, an hanging rail, a desk with a chair, a rocking chair and a private toilet with shower, wc and sink.

The house is located in a great position:
•⁠ ⁠5 mins walk to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink) 🚂
•⁠ ⁠15 mins walk to Brixton (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill 🚶‍♀️

The rent is £250 per week with bills not included (around 100£ per month shared between 3 people).
•⁠ ⁠Deposit: £100 for the two weeks and a half
•⁠ The room would be available from the 22th of march 2026 until the 8th of April 2026
