Beautiful room on first floor of three-storey, four-bed spacious house, sharing with three females in our late twenties/ early thirties. Official move in date 1st April
We’re hoping to find someone laidback and enjoys socialising with the rest of the house. (No couples and no pets - sorry!)

THE ROOM
The first floor bedroom is available unfurnished however furniture may be available if needed. The room is located a short walk from a shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared by one other housemate.

LOCATION
The house is a three minute walk to Herne Hill train station and Brockwell Park. Brixton is a short 15-20 minute walk away, but if you are rushing you can take any bus, taking you straight into Brixton in less than 10 minutes, or a train one stop away. Brockwell Park is one of the best parks in London, with a gym and lido readily available 😍

BILLS:
Rent + bills are approx £919 a month (everything included - may be subject to bills changing). We have a cleaner that comes once a month for communal areas.
