The house backs onto the train line, so some intermittent noise during the day.

Shared spaces; kitchen, small bathroom, toilet, big open living room, small patio garden and basement yoga space.
Some storage available in basement/ loft.
Sadly not very accessible: stairs everywhere and slightly narrow doors.

You will be sharing with; Owners Ben ( he / him, works in Facilities, likes circus and boardgames) and Kate (she / her, works in Marketing, likes hiking, arts, plants) and lodger Sonia (she / her, Researcher, likes science) and 2 cats.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, lefty, feminist human to fit in with a chilled out and safe vibe; think more movies/ boardgames/ dinner dates than party times.

Rent includes bills (council tax, water, energy, fibre broadband) and common domestic supplies.
