I have lived here for three years with a good friend I’ve know for years, so I’m looking for a friendly replacement, who is respectful, chilled, considerate, clean etc and someone I can get along with, as this will be your space just as much as mine so its important we get along!
Like to be social but respect your own time/space.
I work from home sometimes, but also travel abit with work.
Happy for friends & partners to visit, while keeping the house chilled.
Looking for a minimum 12 month tenancy.
