• Spacious, slightly lived-in home set over three floors with a large living room
• 2 bathrooms + extra downstairs loo. (sharing bathroom with just one other)
• Some items in the room may be purchased if wanted.
• New double glazing will be installed this year!

• Household: around £120
• Deposit: £923.75 not £796
