The house is in a great location, just minutes away from Brockwell Park and only a short walk from Herne Hill Station (Tulse Hill is also not far away). It's also very well connected by bus, so you can get to Brixton and all its amenities quickly.

Downstairs there is the lounge, kitchen-diner, loo and utility area (with washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher). Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. The garden has a large decked area and is great for barbeques and eating outside in the summer.

The room available is a charming, bright and peaceful double. It has a double bed, two built in wardrobes and a side table. There is plenty of storage space!

Bills are not included but usually total around £100-£130 pcm.

It's a friendly household with everyone living busy lives, but always happy to socialise over dinner/ drinks together!
