I’m a final year student who has not long ago finished with my studies therefore I’ll be graduating later this month, hence I’ll no longer be a student. As it stands, I’m currently looking and viewing places elsewhere and it is likely that I will no longer be able to fulfil the full tenancy myself. Therefore I will be leaving this room and looking for someone to replace me for the rest of this tenancy. PLEASE NOTE: the contract for this room ends on the 29th August 2026.

About the room:
The Ruby Studio is a private studio of approximately 16m2 in size. The room features all modern amenities for easy and comfortable living. It includes a double bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a private bathroom, a private kitchen having fridge, a 2-ring induction hob and a microwave grill. The Ruby Studio is perfectly laid out with good storage and a great living area.

Location amenities:
There’s Brockwell Park which is a short walk to the property along with a number of shops, cafes and restaurants. This area gives great transport links to a number of places such as Central London, Brixton, Clapham as well as Elephant and Castle.

This would suit someone looking to stay for a short time, or students who are looking for somewhere to stay during their studies.
