We’re looking for someone to join us in a three-bedroom maisonette on Ramola Road, moving in on 28th June.
A friend who was originally planning to move in with us is no longer be able to due to personal circumstances, so we’re looking for a replacement tenant for the third room :)
We’re two friendly, easy-going professionals in our twenties who are looking to create a relaxed, comfortable home. We’re sociable and enjoying cooking/hanging out/going for nights out, but we also respect each other’s space and aren’t looking for a party house.
The property itself is spread over two floors and has three bedrooms, a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. The landlord has agreed to provide a double bed in each bedroom and a brand-new sofa in the living room, so everything will be ready for move-in.
The room available is one of the double bedrooms, and the location offers easy access to transport links- Tulse Hill station is a few minutes walk away.
As we’re not due to move into the property until 28th June, we’re unable to offer in-person viewings at the moment. Any viewings will therefore be based on the existing photos, floor plan and virtual tour provided by the letting agent. We’re happy to answer any questions and arrange a video call if helpful.
