Looking for a female flatmate for our 4 bed flat

Hii! I am moving out of our gorgeous 4 bedroom flat in Herne Hill, and looking for a girl to replace me!

It’s a split level ground floor flat, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and lounge, and a garden.

I have lived here for over 2 years and only moving out because I will be moving in with my partner. All the girls are 26 and we have all become friends and spend our weekday evenings together cooking, watching tv or a film together, or at the pub :)

Anabel is 26 and is a marketing manager for the Brockwell Live festivals. Syrah is 26 and does social media for Harper’s Bazaar. Anna is 26 and is having a career change to a teacher in September.

Rent is £880 and bills come out to £98 per month.

The flat is in a great location with Loughborough Junction station only a 5 minute walk away, Brixton tube a 15 minute walk away, and Denmark Hill overground a 12 minute walk away. We’re walking distance from Brixton, Herne Hill and Camberwell which is ideal! A bit of a longer walk (30 minutes) or short cycle to East Dulwich and Peckham.

Move in date is not very flexible, so ideally looking for someone to move in weekend of the 26th of September or w/c 28th September. Looking to arrange viewings ASAP!
