Looking for someone to take over a room in our flat as our lovely flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend.

Fantastic location in Herne Hill. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat across first and second floor. Open plan kitchen and living room which gets great light during the day.

Rent is £913 per month with bills coming out to approximately £125 per month. Move in date would be on or around September 24th.

🕺💃 About the flat

You would be living with a group of friendly, clean and sociable young professionals in their mid-late 20s. Isaac (29) works as a therapist for the NHS. Robyn (26) works as a civil servant and Jacob (25) is working as a theatre technician alongside his studying for his masters.

We’re looking for another young professional of a similar age who’s clean, friendly and social while also valuing their own time. We’re very rarely all in the flat at the same time but when we are we normally have a series on the go. Preferably our new flatmate would be a guy who doesn’t work from home.

📍About the location

Herne Hill is a super friendly and safe area near Dulwich, Camberwell, and Brixton. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Brockwell Park which is a lovely green space with a great lido / gym near some really nice pubs and cafes.

Herne Hill station is a 10 minute walk down the hill where the Thameslink can get you into central in around 10 minutes, and there are also regular busses to neighbouring areas. There’s a Tesco and Sainsbury’s by the station and a Londis 1 minute up the road.
