It's a 3 min walk to Herne Hill station is 9 mins from Victoria and 14 minutes for City Thameslink. Buses stop right outside which are a few minutes from Brixton Tube, and 20 mins to the West End

I have a British Blue Shorthair cat, who is very relaxed and sociable.
