We are preferably looking for a friendly easy going female to share with 3 others , we are all professional, independent we do get together spontaneously for a drink a chat but we have separate life's we are clean tidy and respect each other privacy.

The flat is situated 7 minutes walk from Herne hill train station and Brockwell Park ( 10 minutes by train to Victoria - 12 minuets to Blackfriars also 10 minutes walk to North Dulwich station, ( 15 minutes to London Bridge) Buses 68 and 468 stop opposite the court and take 25 minutes to centre London, amenities shops just 2 min walk.

The flat has all necessary amenities, very spacious with a large balcony over looking the court garden that is shared by all residents, the room is a good double side fully furnished.
