Lovely sunny room in period house

Hello! We have a spacious period family house in a friendly residential road right beside Brockwell Park. I'm a writer/filmmaker working from home (but away for most of the summer), with one daughter, 24, and a sweet friendly labrador. I'm looking for a Mon-Fri lodger long term or a short term full-time lodger. Our lodgers have always been very happy here.

The room is a sunny single room that would suit someone who wants a quiet home from home.. There's a chest of drawers, hanging space and storage space under the bed. I can supply bedding and towels.

Shower room with walk-in shower, moderate use of kitchen and utility room with washing machine. All bills included, fast wifi.

We are one minute from the entrance to Brockwell Park, with its huge outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, membership gym, 5km running circuit and cafe.

Great transport links: Herne Hill train station is 10 minutes walk through the park (or a 5 min bus ride) - direct trains to Blackfriars (10 min) and St Pancras International (22 min).

Tulse Hill train station (10 mins walk) - direct to London Bridge (17 mins).

Brixton tube (Victoria line, and easy transfer to Northern line at Stockwell) is a 10 min bus ride. Trains to Victoria (8 min), Green Park (11 min), Oxford Circus (14 min), Waterloo or Charing Cross (20 mins).

Lots of good buses, including 68 direct to Waterloo and Russell Square.
