Furnished double room available in nice 2 bed/2 bathroom, split level converted terraced house. The room is £750 per month inclusive of bills, (and weekly cleaner) and is avail early July.
The flat is in a great location, close to Brixton tube and the markets, a short walk to Herne Hill overland (20 min route into city thameslink), and near the lovely Brockwell park.

Sharing with just me, a friendly and easy going 34 y. o. guy, originally from NZ. I'm the manager of a building firm, working fairly long hours and playing sport so often pretty chilled during the week, but a bit more excitable on the weekends.
