Brockwell park, 5 minutes walk from Herne hill British rail, 12 minutes train journey to Farrington/Blackfriars for city workers or 12 minutes train journey to Victoria station for central London commuters.

House share is made of 3 bedroom and 3 housemates in total when full.

The 2 existing housemates would prefer a female.

We are very sorry to men but we are looking for a woman to live with us just to be comfortable walking around the house in pyjamas, ect. .

The room cost £ 190 per week and the rent is payable every 1st of the month monthly by electronic bank transfer

There are NOT any other expenses at all . .

To enter you will pay for the first month and £410 as a deposit which will be held for the duration of your stay returnable on your exit.
Then you set up a standing order every 1st of the month to continue pay rent every 1st of the calendar month

To terminate the letting the landlord requires 4 weeks / 1 month notice.
