Lovely room in a friendly house looking for someone to grab it!

Double bed, wardrobe, locker.

2 girls currently live in the house, Brazilian and Scottish, and we are looking for a girl to move in, preferably.

There is a kitchen/living room with a massive fridge, all mod cons, electric heating and cooker, washing machine, microwave, etc.

140 per week and no extra bills to pay. Available to move in on April 29th.

Flat is close to Loughborough Junction station and either a 10 minute walk to Brixton or by bus, where you´ll find a host of things to do and places to eat and drink. Equally, other places are accessible including Clapham Junction and Elephant and Castle.
