Affordable living in Herne Hill

Very large rooms in a restored victorean house in Elfindale road which is very close to all the train stations and buses serving the west end ,close to all the night life in Herne hill and close to some beautiful local parks. The rooms have been restored with original fireplaces ,the rooms are very large .the kitchen is a high end brand new ,never used and has seating for 3 at the breakfast bar, there is a separate toilet and bathroom .There is no one in the upstairs flat for now but 3 rooms are available so it is to share with two others. The price has been dropped from £850 per room and I think it's the best and cheapest in Herne hill
