The flat is a good size and comes with a shared bathroom, Kitchen/living room and a communal garden which is situated at the rear of the property. You will be sharing with 2 professional females one teaches yoga and the other is a psychotherapist.
Herne Hill Station is a 2 min walk from the flat and has trains to Victoria (10 mins) or Thameslink trains via Blackfriars, Farringdon & Kings Cross.
There's an abundance of pubs, cafes and bars within the area and a local farmers market held every Sunday and Brockwell park a few minutes away.
Please note...we are looking for a female to share the space and the rental would be for 5 months from early September through to early February .
