Welcome to Herne Hill. Its close to Brixton but greener, with big parks. We have a lovely room in a large, zone 2 house with a garden ... and are looking for someone easy going to join us. It is 5 mins from the train station and 2 mins from buses. It is a quiet house... very good for studying if you are doing a Masters course or writing something or just chilling after work. International people welcome. We have a large open plan sitting room-dining room-kitchen; 2 bathrooms; a garden with table and chairs and a huge cherry tree; The room overlooks the garden and has a desk. Rent £850 pm inclusive of most bills. Lido, shops, gym, Brockwell Park, Sunday market, and 10 mins walk to Brixton, 10 mins train to Victoria or 20 mins train to Kings Cross.
