About the building, it is located on a very quiet street and was newly refurbished three years ago. There is a caretaker in the building who does the waste collection for you from your door, makes lives a lot easier. There is a shared roof gardens on the first floor, just outside our flat, it was a live saver during the lock down, I am sure you will like it too.

The current flatmate hopes you have a healthy life style, no party animals please. if you have friends staying over, it is completely fine for a short period of time. However you will be fully responsible for your guest who will need to respect the building and house rules.
