Accommodation comprises; reception room with open plan kitchen, family bathroom, separate study (which is offered to the PG), double bedroom with ample full wall of storage, en suite shower room, Landlord's bedroom. High ceilings and very bright lower ground floor. All bills included. Cleaner twice a week, bed sheets changed weekly. Ironing to be negotiated separately.
