Hi, We're looking for a mature flatmate, a professional who is globally minded, chill & nice but very clean, for a double room in a flat in High Street Kensington from September 1. We're looking for people who are fun to hang out with as well as share space with & to make the place a home. Current flatmates are professionals from Australia & Italy, both women, in 30's & 40's. Nonsmoking & very clean is important.

We have a lovely, huge flat which is recently renovated, full of light and airy, clean, convenient to public transport. Close to Kensington High Street.

In total it is 91 sq m. The living area is 22 sq m. The kitchen is 9 sq m.
There is also a lot of built in shelving & storage/cupboard space in the living area as well as the hallway which would be allocated.

Rent includes all bills, including internet, gas/electric, council tax, water, weekly cleaning, tv license. Security deposit is 1500 & last month as well as first month rent is required.
